A Little History Of The Rum Bellevue
The rum of the Bellevue estate is an agricultural rum produced in Capesterre-de-Marie-Galante on the island of Marie-Galante in Guadeloupe.
The Rum of the Bellevue estate is produced by the Bellevue Agricultural Rheumatics S.A directed by Hubert Damoiseau. Acquired recently by the Bardinet Group, the distillery was entirely built with high-performance equipment, while fully respecting the current requirements of environmental preservation. It is currently the only ecopositive field in the world: its energy consumption is fully offset by the production of renewable energy through the installation of solar panels.
This white farm rum at 50 ° or 59 ° is produced at the Bellevue estate plantation in Capesterre-de-Marie-Galante.
